Processing time: Orders received by 14:00 on weekdays are usually dispatched on the same or next working day.

Germany – Details
Free shipping for Batting Gloves (DE only):
- If the shopping cart contains only batting gloves, shipping is free – regardless of the quantity.
- Up to 2 pairs: Shipping as DHL small parcel (ex Warenpost).
- From 3 pairs: Shipping as DHL parcel.
Free of charge from €100 (DE only):
- From an order value of €100, shipping within Germany is free of charge – even for mixed shopping baskets.
DHL parcel (paid):
- For all other DE orders, DHL parcel is available as a standard option for €6.00.
- If free small parcel is available, DHL Paket can also be selected as a faster/upgrade option.
European Union (excluding DE)
DHL Small Parcel (limited tracking):
- Available until max. 2 articles in total (Batting Gloves + J-Bands).
- Catcher Thumb Protector is very compact; up to approx. 10 pieces are usually possible.
- Limited shipment tracking; delivery usually via the local postal service.
- Shipping costs: €3.90 per order; delivery time 2-4 working days.
DHL Paket International (faster):
- Available for all EU orders; delivery times typically 2-4 working days.
- Shipping costs: €13.00 per order.
USA & Australia
DHL Parcel International:
- Shipping depends on weight; price is calculated at checkout.
- Usual delivery time 6-12 working days.
- Customs duties/taxes/import duties may apply and are to be borne by the recipient.

- Germany:
- Free with Batting-Gloves-Only and with order value ≥ 100 €.
- DHL parcel (paid): €6.00 per order; delivery time 2–7 working days.
- EU / USA / Australia:
- EU: DHL Small Parcel €3.90; DHL International Parcel €13.00. USA/Australia: Prices are displayed automatically at checkout based on destination & weight.
Note: Promotions/vouchers can influence the threshold value of €100.
Packaging, tracking & notification
- We pack securely & compactly; where possible, we use small parcel/letter parcel formats.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking (if available) by e-mail.
- Partial deliveries are rare, but possible (we will inform you).

- Delivery times are non-binding guidelines. The display in the checkout and the shipping confirmation are decisive.
- Public holidays/peak times/stormy weather can extend transit times.
- Customs & import (outside the EU): All customs duties, taxes and fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
