Strength training is like a cheat code:
-Training is less tiring
-Sprinting is easier (the field gets smaller)
-The bat gets lighter (the pitch gets slower, the field gets bigger, or the fence gets closer)
-Throwing becomes easier (the field becomes smaller, the opponents become slower)
-The first step to the ground ball becomes easier (the field becomes smaller, the ball becomes slower)
-Athletic movements can be performed with less effort - the focus can remain on the ball instead of the movement.
