J-Bands from the Jaeger-Sports brand for arm care. In addition to Plyo Balls, J-Bands and similar products from other brands have established themselves as one of the most important tools for arm care and arm warmup for baseball players, especially pitchers.
The two loops for the wrists and the hook for the fence make them particularly easy - and yet versatile - to use. They allow exercises to strengthen the rotator cuff and shoulder blade stabilizers. This is a sensitive, but incredibly important, muscle group for the throwing arm that every baseball player should pay particular attention to.
J-bands are not only used for strengthening, but also for activating and mobilizing the shoulder muscles, which is why they are an integral part of the warm-up routine of many baseball players.
